Guadalupe Torres

Julie was the fucking bomb. She was bold, brave and brilliant. I first met her in Minneapolis, I was new to the Executive Director role at College Possible. We met for drinks, she ordered coke and I ordered a double of something. We talked, and after awhile, she looked straight into my eyes and said, we're gonna be good friends. And so it was. She always spoke the truth, showed courage in the most trying times and had the most generous nature. I miss her laugh, wisdom and her fucking brilliant mind. Love you forever Julie.
